Company Introduction:
Deltamax Automazione has been developing inspection system for 30 years, focusing on flat glass control since 2010. Actually Deltamax’s solutions are present in a lot of countries including Mexico, with the purpose of detecting glass or processing defects (bubbles, scratches, etc), control the quality of the printing or the dimension\shape of the plate.
In the last years the focus of the R&D team has developed OPT, the solution that detects structural defects like bubbles and inclusions on unwashed plates and before the cutting; the interface with the cutting table software allows to re-optimize the plan placing the defects in the scrap area. Detecting defects at the first step of the process ensure a fast ROI.
